Multi-brand maintenance, repair and overhaul of critical and severe service valves:

  • Turbine by-pass valves (HP, IP and LP).
  • Desuperheater.
  • Main steam isolation valve (MS).
  • Feedwater isolation valve (FW).
  • Feedwater control valve.
  • Automatic recirculating valve (minimum flow) or leak-off control valve.
  • Turbine extraction check valve.
  • Economizer by-pass valve.

Multi-brand repair at workshop of strainers, filters and baskets:

  • Filtration element (basket) repair. Mesh replacement.

For work on site, we use service vehicles and workshop containers with the latest technology. Each of our workshop containers is equipped with workbenches, lathe and grinding:

  • Overhaul of sealing surfaces.
  • Sealing services. Manufacturing of seals.
  • Renewal of valves. Hydraulic and functional tests.
  • Inspection of materials, testing and quality control according to manufacturer standard.
  • 7 days a week services in plant. Night shifts on demand.
  • Sizing of parts for subsequent realization of reverse engineering at workshop.
  • Compliance with the requirements of the Spanish regulations regarding risk prevention.

  • Our technical department is specialized in manufacturing by reverse engineering of specific spare parts such as valve internals, shafts, filter basket, etc.

Additionally, we group spare parts purchase to large customers. In association with JAES COMPANY we carry out support tasks for procurement departments of companies, grouping suppliers and carrying out purchasing and logistics management.

The JAES COMPANY platform with strategic offices in Italy, the United States and Japan allows us a global purchasing management reducing costs and deadlines.
